Clinical Research Coordinator - Acute, Critical Care, Surgery & Transplant
Norman Olbrich hails from Germany, where he began his career as a physical therapist with the Bavarian Red Cross before entering medical school at the University of Regensburg. He earned his M.D. in 2012 and worked as a radiologist in Neumarkt Hospital, Germany. In 2015, Norman immigrated to the United States and focused on completing his medical dissertation on stem cell research and regenerative medicine through the Center for Medical Biotechnology within the Department of Trauma Surgery at the University of Regensburg Hospital. With his diverse medical and scientific background, Norman joined the U-M team as a clinical research coordinator in the Acute, Clinical Care, Surgery and Transplant Clinical Trials Support Unit in January 2018.
